I wait for calls and texts till late at night, but not a word from you ever since our last fight. My heart is crushed yet I keep on waiting. And when there’s no response when I call, I tend to think of what I’d done wrong. Sometimes, I reminisce about the littlest things that you did that made me smile. But there were no ‘always’ of me inside of you. You got my head spinning and spinning, thinking of what I’d do without you. I miss you, so much that I’m going crazy thinking about you day and night, every second. It takes my breath away to think about the future without you. But, there’s no turning back. So I’m gonna be strong. I love you, but that doesn’t seem to be the point anymore. You’re no longer the you I used to know. I’m no longer afraid of goodbyes.
